Gustavo has been Director of BMR since 2000, a firm he has consolidated, alongside each member of his team, as a reference boutique law firm in the Dominican Republic.
He graduated in 1995 from Colegio Dominicano de La Salle (Santo Domingo) and completed a Doctorate in Law from Universidad Iberoamericana in 2004, accumulating over two decades of professional practice.
His career has been built by accompanying decisions that impact the present and future of businesses and individuals.
A specialist in civil, criminal, real estate, and corporate litigation, he combines legal strategy, risk analysis, and business vision to deliver solid solutions in highly complex scenarios.

Katherine Risk is Managing Director of BMR, leading the firm’s administrative, strategic, and organizational management while successfully implementing compliance processes and team coordination since 2000.
Her multidisciplinary background integrates Law, Business Administration, and Clinical Psychology.
For over 20 years, she has supported businesses and families through decision-making processes, human talent management, organizational structure, and the psychosocial approach to complex legal situations.
Recognized as the most outstanding student of the Escuela de Ciencias Jurídicas y Políticas at Magna Cum Laude, and holding an MBA in Business Administration, her approach combines legal rigor, business judgment, and psychosocial understanding.
This is why her perspective always brings clarity, structure, and direction to every individual or company looking guidance and confidence in every step, protecting their assets and navigating every stage of their growth.
